Phlebotomy Technician Seminar. Deposit is required to reserve seat for seminar. $50 deposit that is non refundable. This does not include your exam ($150 for exam paid to the National Exam Agency)

Deposit is non refundable if client no show. Please no more than 15 minutes late due to other scheduled clients. After 15 minutes you must reschedule. Appointment can be rescheduled. Deposit is non refundable if appointed is not canceled within 24 hours of scheduled time. NO EXCEPTIONS
