Service Description

There is a $25 charge for all All Patients. We are not in network so test are not covered! Payment is collected at the time of visit A fluid sample is collected by inserting a long nasal swab (nasopharyngeal swab) into your nostril and taking fluid from the back of your nose or by using a shorter nasal swab (mid-turbinate swab) to get a sample.

Cancellation Policy

Deposit is non refundable if client no show. Please no more than 15 minutes late due to other scheduled clients. After 15 minutes you must reschedule. Appointment can be rescheduled. Deposit is non refundable if appointed is not canceled within 24 hours of scheduled time. NO EXCEPTIONS
