Deposit is non refundable if client no show. Please no more than 15 minutes late due to other scheduled clients. After 15 minutes you must reschedule. Appointment can be rescheduled. Deposit is non refundable if appointed is not canceled within 24 hours of scheduled time. NO EXCEPTIONS
